Managing Director
Worrakit Pholsawad is a senior accountant and professional tax & business advisor with over three decades of experience supporting companies in Thailand across accounting, taxation, compliance, and corporate operations. He leads AccountingOne Co., Ltd. and YoungOne Consult Co., Ltd., delivering practical, high-trust solutions that help both Thai and international businesses operate smoothly, remain compliant, and grow with confidence.
With deep expertise in taxation and financial management, Worrakit is known for combining technical precision with business practicality-helping clients navigate complex regulatory requirements while keeping their operations efficient and decision-ready.
JANEJIRA WAITEE
Director
Janejira Waitee is a senior accountant and professional advisor with more than 25 years of experience supporting both Thai and international clients. She specializes in tax planning and tax treatment, helping organizations remain compliant while improving efficiency and reducing regulatory risk.
She also brings deep expertise in company registration and corporate secretarial services, including end-to-end support on visa and work permit processes for foreign directors, investors, and employees.

Assistant Managing Director
Worrakan Pholsawad is an accountant and professional auditor with strong technical expertise and proven experience supporting clients across multiple industries. She has built a strong foundation through nearly five years of experience at a Big 4 auditing firm, working with clients in a wide range of sectors including services, trading, manufacturing, and banking.
Worrakan is highly proficient in Thai Financial Reporting Standards (TFRSs) for both Publicly Accountable Entities (PAE) and Non-Publicly Accountable Entities (NPAE), and brings strong working knowledge of Thai tax and regulatory requirements, including Revenue Code compliance and statutory reporting expectations with Thai authorities.
